Relva, céu azul, óculos de sol, água, ausência de lama, grøn tuborg, Florence & The Machine, Lykke Li, The Raveonettes, Band of Horses, Ladytron e Arctic Monkeys: as premissas eram boas. E concretizaram-se todas, com a Florence a conquistar os corações dinamarqueses, os Raveonettes a embalarem-nos eficientemente, a Lykke Li a pôr toda a gente a dançar, Band of Horses durante os últimos raios de sol a lançarem uns 'Tusind tak's e 'Fy fan's e também umas melodias engraçadas, Ladytron a abrir a noite em grande e... pois.
Depois de os Last Shadow Puppets me terem arrebatado completamente em estilo, determinacão e eficiência o ano passado na Vega, a expectativa para os Monkeys era alta, altíssima. À nossa volta ouviam-se coros entoando 'FROM 1984'. Novo álbum. Josh Homme. Single prometedor.
Mas quando os únicos diálogos com o público se resumem a 'Are you going to make a sad face everytime we play a new song?', 'This is the only song you'll know from the gig, so enjoy it' (antes da I bet you look good...) e outros ditos semelhantes, coroados por óculos escuros, uma data de cabelo e arrogância q.b.+++++++++, é como se a cereja no topo do bolo fosse afinal de plástico.
Preciso de recuperar antes de poder voltar a ouvir o Humbug com ouvidos de ouvir.

Vai ser longo. A conclusão é: o sistema de classificacão académico dinamarquês podia ser mais consistente, simples e fácil de calcular. É como a conversão para coroas dinamarquesas: 1 euro = 7,4 coroas dinamarquesas. Não há maneira de dar volta a isto e penso sempre que é mais barato do que na realidade é. Enfim. Adiante.
